For smaller event projects, we offer a range of pre-packaged solutions that can be customised to meet your needs. Our pricing is determined based on hours and video length, and you have the flexibility to include extra elements such as additional locations, equipment, and services such as audio recording and audio editing.
For larger, more complex projects requiring a unique package customized to your specific needs, we provide bespoke solutions based on day and hourly rates. Our day rates are calculated based on up to 8 hours of dedicated service time (filming on-location). Our lead videography service, including an experienced operator and professional 2-camera kit, starts from £1,750 per day for up to 8 hours on-location, or £220 per hour (minimum booking may apply). Post-production services follow an 8-hour dedicated work structure. Video editing services, covering assembly, narrative construction, basic colour correction, titles, and music integration, start from £400 per day* or £55 per hour. Specialised colour grading for a polished, cinematic look starts from £475 per day or £65 per hour. Audio post-production, including dialogue cleanup, mixing, and mastering, start from £400 per day or £55 per hour. Dedicated on-location sound recording is quoted separately based on requirements.
Additional expenses related to equipment, locations, supplementary services (including all travel time and costs, and accommodation if required), specific location fees or permits, specialised equipment rental, additional crew requested, and any on-location or post-production overtime beyond the standard 8-hour dedicated service day, will be clearly itemised and incorporated into the final quotation.
