CONTACT USWe were commissioned by the Ellesmere Port Roundtable to produce the official highlight video for their landmark 2025 Summerjam festival. The objective was to create a vibrant, warm, and energetic film that captured the full scale of the event and its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Our production team captured the festival utilizing a suite of Sony's cinema-grade cameras to achieve a polished, high-quality image. Our operators employed a dynamic mix of techniques; stable tripod compositions captured the scope of the attractions and crowds, while handheld and shoulder-rig work captured the joyful, candid moments of families, the action at the dog show, and the energy within the music tents.
In post-production, the visuals were edited to an upbeat, feel-good soundtrack suitable for a wide audience. The edit was paced to showcase the variety of the event, moving seamlessly between the different attractions to tell the story of a perfect summer day at the festival, focusing on laughter, community, and entertainment.
The final product is a heartwarming and dynamic video asset designed to serve as both a cherished memento for the community and a powerful promotional tool for securing sponsors and driving attendance for future Summerjam events. Families can enjoy a variety of activities, including a community dog show, football games, and a large children's area complete with bouncy castles and slides. Roaming cartoon characters interact with attendees, adding to the fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the park.
Two main music tents offer a wide spectrum of live music, ensuring there's a sound for every taste. Complementing the entertainment are numerous stalls from local vendors and community groups, providing food, drinks, and shopping, which solidifies the event's status as a true community gathering.
