2 x 5 Minute Performances With Audio Production
This package provides you with 2 x recording of up to a 5 minute performance at the location of your choice by our team, and 2 x up to 5-minute videos. We will use our expertise to shoot high quality footage before editing the footage into a professional and engaging video that you can use to market your music on your website and social media.
This package includes audio recording and editing, and comes with our 6 channel field recorder and the option to upgrade to our 12 channel mixer. In both cases we will need at least 1 or 2 line outs from your production mixer at a minimum, however we can by pass the mixer feeding your audio directly into our field recorder/mixer.
This package not only includes professionally shot video footage, but also optional animated text and the option to add on additional animation for an additional cost. The package includes 1 camera operator, 1 camera, 1 tripod, and 1 gimbal.
If you would like to add additional equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio equipment you can choose from our available equipment in our equipment area and add it to your quote request. Additionally, you can choose from the available extras to customise your order to your specific needs.
You will receive HD, FUll HD or Ultra HD video depending on your requirements, and all media will be made available to you for download.
Our event music production packages come optimized for website, Youtube, and Facebook (16:9/Landscape) with the option to add on optimization for other platforms such as Instagram.

For smaller projects, we offer a range of pre-packaged solutions that can be customised to meet your needs. These packages provide a cost-effective approach by bundling services like filming and initial editing for specific durations, offering significant value compared to bespoke day rates for the same defined deliverables. Our pricing is determined based on hours and video length, and you have the flexibility to include extra elements such as additional locations, equipment, talent, or services.
For larger projects needing bespoke solutions, extensive development, or longer schedules, we use the following day/hourly rates as starting points, covering up to 7 hours of service per day. All prices listed below are starting rates, and may vary depending on your requirements and the complexity of the shoot.
Additional expenses for comprehensive pre-production, highly specialised equipment, specific locations, and contributors will be itemised in your quote. Please note, travel and accommodation are not included in any of our listed prices. Travel is charged at 45p per mile, per crew member, from our base of operations. Overtime for crew beyond the 8-hour day requires your approval and is invoiced at our 1.5 x standard hourly rates.
